Crinoid Fossil Bed (Petoskey Stone)

A 5" by 5" polish of the ancient Devonian sea creature known as a crinoid, which formed structures similar to modern-day coral. An unusually large cluster of specimens, indicating a very mature crinoid cluster before its death.
